Christmas 2013 Part 1

Merry Christmas!  It truly has been a Merry Christmas at our house. We took advantage of 60 degree temps early in December and put up our outside decorations. It was a blessing to do it without frozen fingers and runny noses. Then PawPaw came into town for a weekend visit and we got to include him in our tree picking out and decorating. We pulled up all of the Christmas tubs and the girls had a great time rediscovering their ornaments from years past. We placed the tree in the corner of the living room this year in an attempt to protect it from Johanna's investigative hands, so prime tree spots were a little harder to come by. We left a lot of the breakable ornaments in their boxes this year but the tree was still full to the tips. All of the girls now have a big collection and took care to place the non-breakables down low. Continued...
